What are the freight charges for custom printing?

Fedex freight is calculated based on items weight and shipping zones.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Paypal and credit cardsare accepted. we use Stripe as a credit card processor.

How long will delivery take?

Depending on the product type and process printing can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use the highest protection through PayPal and Stripe that use encryption technologies.
Your data is kept private and safe! We do not share info with third parties that are not part of the production, payment or transaction processing.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once we receive the order, we check it and unless there are issues, we submit it to production.
If you would like to request a proof, for approval, there is a $10 extra-charge. Otherwise, we would contact you with the tracking number.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be sent to you, automatically..
If you wish to download an invoice, login into your account – orders and print or email your invoice.
